We had professional landscapers do major transformations to the house, along with digging and installing and burying drainage systems on each side of the house.
Boxwoods now line the front sidewalk.
And Boxwoods and perennials dress the front beds.
American Holly tree on side of house - cleaned up pebble zone mess and created more of a mulch bed there. Will soon plant ground coverings there.

Im sure it is a little weird for you seeing some of the changes happen to the house as it may be a little different than you remember .... but we hope you like it and we do feel lucky to have it. The kids and the cats really seem to be happy here. :) If you are ever in town, we should coordinate a visit. Hoping you both are well.
